Our projects
Museum FLUGT
tonwelt provided the audio tour and audio guides for the FLUGT Refugee Museum of Denmark. The special and scaled back interface of the audio guide ensures that nothing distracts from the narratives of the museum. The audio tour’s content is delivered via automatic and semi-automatic triggering.
Additional audio tracks from the museum’s media stations are triggered through the same device and are automatically played in the visitor’s chosen language. The audio tour has been integrated into the building’s existing AV architecture.
tonwelt also installed an automatic triggering system for the museum’s outdoor area to provide a 45-minute audio tour through the woods. A new feature, ‘Multitrack Audio’ was added to enable a seamless mixing of different audio tracks in the background of the main narrative. This creates an immersive, 3D sound experience that changes as the visitor moves.
Louvre Paris and Louvre Lens
tonwelt has created new audio tours for the Louvre in Paris and the Louvre in Lens. The Louve in Lens, in the Pas-de-Calais region of France, opened in 2012 and tonwelt has provided audio tours for the museum since 2017.
