New attraction will offer thrilling rides and fighter jet simulators

Top Gun is the latest film franchise to enter the world of immersive entertainment, with a new experience themed to the IP coming to Las Vegas.

Paramount Global has teamed up with Advent Allen Entertainment to create the “adrenaline-charged” immersive experience for the Las Vegas Strip.

Located on an undeveloped site at the Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower, the new attraction is scheduled to launch in summer 2028.

“Adrenaline-charged” attraction to open in 2028

“We’re proud to unite with Paramount to bring this timeless, action-packed epic to life – delivering experiences that embody teamwork, excellence, the exhilaration of speed and the thrill of flying,” said Mark Advent, co-founder of Advent Allen Entertainment.

“We are pulling out all the stops and looking forward to bringing Top Gun to even higher heights on the Strip and beyond.”

Bill Allen, co-founder of Advent Allen Entertainment, added, “We’re thrilled to launch this unprecedented adventure – an experience that will redefine thrills, storytelling, and dining.”

Top Gun Las Vegas will feature thrilling rides, cinematic storytelling, incredible visuals, immersive technologies, high-energy entertainment, and, of course, fighter jet simulators.

The Hard Deck bar and restaurant, inspired by Top Gun: Maverick (2022), will offer themed F&B and live piano singalongs.

Paramount and Advent Allen Entertainment are already exploring plans to expand the concept to other locations in the US and across the world.

“This innovative venture marks a new milestone for Top Gun and expands Paramount’s portfolio of immersive entertainment,” said Pam Kaufman, president and CEO of international markets, global consumer products and experiences at Paramount.

Paramount expanding LBE footprint

The company, she added, is “committed to delivering authentic, mind-blowing experiences for fans”.

As above, Paramount’s location-based entertainment (LBE) footprint is growing. In recent months, the company has expanded its partnership with both Momentum Leisure and Parques Reunidos.

Additionally, Paramount and Merlin Entertainments are creating the UK’s first and only Paw Patrol land for Chessington World of Adventures.
