Store is set to be fully remodelled this winter

Event Network, a leading operator of retail stores for experiential attractions in the US, is now working with the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, one of the leading public gardens in the US.

For 27 years, Event Network has been elevating the visitor experience at cultural attractions in North America by providing immersive retail settings and carefully curated product ranges.

Its new collaboration with the Dallas Arboretum offers an opportunity to promote the attraction’s horticultural excellence and dedication to education, conservation, and community enrichment.

Supporting mission-based organisations

The Dallas Arboretum, which is situated on 66 acres with a view of White Rock Lake, attracts over a million visitors a year and is renowned for its displays, festivals and family programmes. The attraction offers the Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden, 19 beautifully landscaped gardens, and a full schedule of activities which seek to inspire visitors of all ages with the natural beauty and cultural richness of North Texas.

Sabina Carr, president and CEO of the Dallas Arboretum, says: “We are excited about this collaboration with Event Network. Their commitment to creating high-quality, mission-aligned retail experiences will help us further engage guests, celebrate our botanical heritage, and support our year-round programming and education initiatives.”

Event Network has established a reputation as a leading retail partner for mission-based institutions, such as gardens, museums, aquariums, and zoos. It reimagines retail spaces into impactful extensions of each attraction’s mission through sustainable approaches, innovative merchandise development, and a deep understanding of visitor engagement.

Jerry Gilbert, principal of Event Network, says: “The Dallas Arboretum is an iconic destination whose mission to promote the art, enjoyment, and knowledge of horticulture aligns beautifully with our focus to support and celebrate cultural attractions through inspired retail.

“We are proud of the portfolio of gardens where we operate stores, and the Dallas Arboretum provides another wonderful platform and partnership in the garden space. Dallas is an outstanding market, the Arboretum has a loyal following, and we could not be more excited about all that lies ahead.”

Event Network formally began operating retail at the Dallas Arboretum on 27 June. This coming winter, it plans for a complete refurbishment of the store.

Recently, Event Network entered into a partnership with Moody Gardens, a prestigious education and leisure destination in Galveston, Texas, US. The collaboration names Event Network as exclusive retail operator and will elevate the guest retail experience across Moody Gardens’ engaging and immersive attractions.
