Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, will be hosting a community forum on Wednesday 1 April to explore operational strategies during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Gateway Ticketing Systems is pleased to invite attractions industry professionals to a webinar on 1 April 2020, at 2 pm EST. Entitled “Operational Strategies for Now and the Next Normal”, this will feature both Gateway customers and employees, talking about business planning during the current crisis.
Topics discussed during the community forum will include leveraging and expanding communication tools like CRM, alternative revenue streams, preparing to reopen with limitations and more. There will also be space to comment or ask questions at the end.
Uniting to face challenges
“We all need to unite during these challenging times, so all are welcome,” said the company in a statement. “Even if you are not a Gateway customer, please don’t be a stranger. Gateway employees and our community of users want and need to hear about what you are doing at your attraction that is working.”

In order to help it achieve this goal, the company is hosting a webinar series during the pandemic. These will allow attractions professionals to share tips, tactics and advice for best practice.
