TixTrack, a leading supplier of ticketing solutions, has announced the implementation of Ticketure, its groundbreaking admission and membership management ticketing system, at venues operated by National Museums Liverpool (NML).
The mission of National Museums Liverpool, a partnership of many of the city’s key venues, is to give visitors and future generations access to its outstanding, diverse collections and sites.
Thanks to its quick, cloud-based purchase and guest management journey, Ticketure has now helped to make exploring the collections even more accessible, in order to support the continued development of NML’s extensive visitor offer. The staff now have access to a secure and dependable system for handling group reservations, donation processing, and access control.
Improving the visitor experience
“As the home of the city’s key cultural treasures, we are committed to ensuring that National Museums Liverpool is as accessible as possible for all audiences,” says David Watson, executive director at the National Museums Liverpool.
“Rolling out the new Ticketure system has given us more flexibility in our ticketing approach and the opportunity to use the restful API to streamline user journeys. The fast checkout process, driven by their mobile-first design both online and on the door has improved our visitor experience greatly, giving visitors more time to explore the 7 venues we currently support.”
Steven Sunshine, CEO of TixTrack adds:
“We would like to welcome National Museums Liverpool to our illustrious group of worldwide Ticketure clients. We are excited to support NML to engage with their multiple audiences. “Ticketure’s mobile and tablet-first design and its modern API architecture allow simple integrations with third-party systems, making it an ideal choice for heritage organisations looking to deepen their relationships with their audience.”
National Museums Liverpool joins other TixTrack clients such as Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, the Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney, Enchant Christmas and many other high-profile venues across the globe.
