A leader in cost-effective, real-time ticketing and CRM solutions, TOR Systems, is lead sponsor for the site visit to Drusillas Park, a highlight of this week’s BALPPA Autumn Conference 2018.
The company will shortly be implementing its MaximCloud solution onsite and online to support the park’s operation. The system is designed to improve the customer experience and streamline the processes around purchasing membership and booking Drusillas’ many experiences.
TOR has had a busy year, with Drusillas just one among many new clients choosing to work with the UK-based ticketing specialist.
The company continues to focus on the UK visitor attractions sector, with BALPPA members being a key audience for TOR’s solutions.
‘Great software and excellent service’
“We are very proud to be sponsoring this year’s BALPPA conference, and especially the visit to Drusillas, one of our latest customers,” confirms Daniel Jordan, Managing Director of TOR Systems.
“Our combination of great software and excellent service is the reason why so many attractions continue to choose TOR to provide their ticketing, Epos and CRM systems.”
The BALPPA Autumn Conference takes place on 12th and 13th September at Butlin’s Bognor Regis and features the traditional Charity Golf Day, in support of its Chairman’s chosen charity, Lady Taverners.
The two-day event includes a Member meeting, activities, the visit to Drusillas Park, a conference dinner with a twist and an overnight stay.
TOR Systems’ Maxim solution provides functionality to manage bookings for groups or events, walk-in admissions, timed activities, online bookings, retail and catering and integration to finance, stock control, CRM and access control systems. Clients include the British Museum, the British Airways i-360 and Bournemouth Oceanarium.
TOR Systems is also a silver sponsor of next week’s blooloopLIVE event in London – the ‘don’t miss’ one-day conference for attractions industry professionals.
