HOLOGATE, a global leader in turnkey compact multiplayer VR systems, has announced that its latest immersive experience, Ghostbusters VR Academy, is now available to enjoy across the world’s biggest out-of-home VR network. Developed by HOLOGATE, the new title is published by Sony Pictures Virtual Reality (SPVR).
VR enthusiasts can enrol in the brand-new Ghostbusters training academy, become a real Ghostbuster, and realise a lifetime dream by using iconic ghost-busting equipment in two separate games on two HOLOGATE platforms: the premium VR motion simulator, HOLOGATE BLITZ, and the ground-breaking multiplayer VR platform, HOLOGATE ARENA.
Thrills for Ghostbusters fans old and new
In the ARENA game, academy trainees don their proton packs and cooperate in high-stakes ghost encounter scenarios. Within the protection of the academy grounds, they study how to capture and destroy ghosts. Meanwhile, in the BLITZ game, they race in the prototype ECTO hovercraft to see who is the best driver.

Ghostbusters VR Academy on HOLOGATE ARENA launches on the first day of Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas, with the launch on HOLOGATE BLITZ following soon after.
