Full Tilt Pinball and Arcade

Firm has brought in an RFID-based card system, the LuminOS reader with tap-to-play functionality and more

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has brought modern technology to Full Tilt Arcade & Pinball in LaPorte, Indiana. This popular venue is home to a 20-machine pinball collection alongside classic favourites from over the decades, providing fun for the whole family.

Filt Tilt is owned and operated locally by Ryan Hart and Ben Konowitz, who chose to work with Semnox Solutions in order to streamline day-to-day operations.

“My business partner and I have full-time jobs outside our new arcade venture, so time management has been imperative to the success of our business,” says Konowitz. “Everyone at Semnox from the very first contact has been extraordinarily patient, responsive, adaptable, and thorough in answering every question and concern we’ve had.”

Industry-leading support

The Semnox team has introduced an RFID-based debit card system, as well as the LuminOS reader with “tap-to-play” functionality, a POS system, and an all-in-one kiosk with a game card dispenser. There are also plans to bring in an online sales site in the future. As well as the firm’s state-of-the-art technology, Full Tilt was attracted by the level of service offered by Semnox Solutions

Andrew Parow, sales partner at Semnox Solutions says: “They didn’t come to the table with a lot of specific requirements, but they came to Semnox because of its reputation for providing industry-leading support.”

The company provides its clients with world-class support, in addition to its integrated solution that streamlines customer operations.

“Semnox has been especially critical in giving our business the reliable backbone of support we need so we can focus on what matters, running our business,” adds Konowitz. “With Semnox, our card system competes and surpasses even the more prominent names in our industry.”

The company also recently implemented its Parafait suite of solutions, including self-service kiosks and RFID card readers, at Flipper Cinema and Arcade in Hollywood, Florida
