RocketRez partners with Capturelife to offer souvenir photo integration

News
RocketRez announces Capturelife integration

RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, is partnering with Capturelife, the innovative digital platform reimagining attractions photography. This state-of-the-art digital souvenir platform fully integrates with ticketing and POS systems to enable operators to provide and monetise visitor photos.

The two companies have a shared dedication to helping attractions deliver outstanding visitor experiences, while creating new income opportunities.

Smarter souvenir sales

Capturelife is a contemporary, digital-first platform that offers an updated souvenir experience, with a smooth, automated workflow rather than photo sales booths and laborious manual procedures.

Operators can now send branded photos to visitors’ smartphones instantly by linking them with their ticket on arrival, without needing app downloads or manual entry.

Visitors can choose to pre-purchase photo packages during the ticket booking process. If they do not select this option, they can still see, share, and buy high-quality digital or printed photos from either their smartphone or on-site at a POS or kiosk. Capturelife’s comprehensively branded storefront supports multiple languages and currencies, enabling international sales with full GDPR compliance.

Enhanced visitor experience

RocketRez clients are exploring ways to unify the guest experience, before, during, and after their visit.

With the Capturelife integration, they are now able to:

  • Elevate the on-site experience with instant, touchless photo delivery.
  • Use automated post-trip follow-ups to extend the visitor relationship beyond the visit.
  • Increase per-capita spend with easy upsell opportunities.
  • Unlock a new income stream with low to no additional staff or infrastructure requirements.

Sean Harvey, chief revenue officer at RocketRez, says: “RocketRez is all about helping attractions modernize their operations and grow revenue across the entire guest journey.

“Photos are an essential aspect of the guest experience. What we’ve found, however, is that a lot of attractions offer photo souvenirs, but it’s a revenue stream that is completely siloed from their main ticketing platform.

“By integrating with Capturelife, we’re giving our customers an elegant, low-effort way to offer beautiful souvenirs that guests actually want—and buy—long after they’ve gone home.”

Operators already using Capturelife report 15 to 25% more revenue post-visit, driven by automated remarketing and engaging photo products.

RocketRez recently announced an update to its reporting suite, RocketRez Insights. This release includes two highly requested enhancements that improve data accessibility, partnerships, and strategic decision-making.
