Leading ticketing and CRM solutions company, TopTix, is providing its advanced SRO platform to the Starlite Theatre in Branson, Missouri.
An unusually high percentage of Branson’s tickets are sold as vouchers via reseller outlets.
Therefore, the Starlite needed a robust solution that could provide accurate accounting for the complex voucher system.
Renée Johnson, who has been involved with entertainment management in Branson for the past 14 years, considered 8 different software systems.
