Nintendo has released a new music video from Galantis and Charli XCX, ‘We Are Born To Play’, to promote the Super Nintendo World expansion at Universal Studios Japan.
The music video, which you can watch below, uses elements from the Super Mario soundtrack and shows visitors enjoying a CGI representation of the attractions coming to Super Nintendo World.
The expansion will feature Peach’s Castle and Bowser’s Castle, as well as state-of-the-art Super Mario Kart and Yoshi’s Adventure rides. It will also house shops and a restaurant.
In September, Chairman and CEO of Universal Parks & Resorts, Tom Williams, said the attraction will be interactive, with Nintendo-themed magnetic wristbands and possible Nintendo Switch integration.

Wearable wristbands for guests have now been confirmed, as Bloomberg reporter Kurumi Mori tweeted details from a Universal Studios Japan presentation about Super Nintendo World, which will be a “live video game”.
Mori shared images of what Nintendo calls ‘Power Up Bands’, which are wearable wristbands that let guests fight boss battles, collect digital coins and compete with each other.
Super Nintendo World is opening in 2020 at Universal Studios Japan, in time for Tokyo 2020. More Nintendo attractions are in the pipeline for Florida and California.

Previously, Williams said Super Nintendo World will be coming to all Universal theme parks over the next few years, except Universal Studios Beijing.
Last year, scale model photos of Super Nintendo World leaked online, suggesting the expansion will eventually include a Donkey Kong Country area.
