Scale model photos of Super Nintendo World have leaked online, revealing potential ride names and giving fans a glimpse at how the theme park expansion might look.
Super Nintendo World is opening in 2020 at Universal Studios Japan, with more Nintendo attractions in the pipeline for Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood.
Information about the themed attractions planned in Japan, Orlando and Hollywood is limited, though fans are hopeful that Super Nintendo World will successfully integrate the video games in the theme parks.
The leaked images come from the Unofficial Universal Orlando Podcast and unveil physical models of the upcoming expansion.

However, as pointed out by the UUO Podcast, the models are from 2016 and plans may well have changed since then.
The pictures reveal the Mushroom Kingdom-themed land, complete with Bowser’s Castle as the entrance to a Mario Kart ride.
Also pictured is the Toadstool Cafe inside a Mushroom House, and Yoshi’s Adventure featuring miniature Yoshi rides.
What’s more, the leaked photos reveal the Donkey Kong Country area, which includes a roller coaster called Mine-Cart Madness, as well as Donkey Kong’s treehouse and Funky Kong’s plane.

Super Nintendo World will feature state-of-the-art rides and immersive attractions, as well as shopping and F&B – all based on Nintendo’s most popular characters and games.
Earlier this year, Nintendo game developer Shigeru Miyamoto said Super Nintendo World at Universal will be “worth the wait”.
Miyamoto explained: “Because the park is operated by Universal Parks & Resorts, we cannot talk about anything they have not yet announced.
“But every effort is being made to advance preparations, and Universal Studios Japan is [one of] our top priorities, as is making sure we will be ready by the start of the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.”
Universal Parks and Resorts recently filed a patent application for ride technology that could be used for Nintendo-themed rides and attractions.
Elsewhere, Resorts World Sentosa is extending Universal Studios Singapore with two new attractions – Minion Park and Super Nintendo World, where visitors will “feel as if they have stepped into a larger-than-life Nintendo adventure”.
