Smart Monkeys, Inc., the show control specialist, has appointed Hong Kong’s Cosmovision as its exclusive distribution partner in Hong Kong and Macao for its ISAAC products and solutions. The company will also serve as Smart Monkey’s preferred distribution partner for the rest of the Asia Pacific market.
Founded in 1987, Cosmovision is a leading AV product distributor and multimedia technology system integrator with a presence in exhibitions, museums, attractions, and theme parks in the region.
This arrangement comes into effect straightaway and will ensure that ISAAC products are more available and better recognised in the region.
Furthering the adoption of ISAAC in the region
Speaking about the new partnership, Jason Yeung, technical manager, Cosmovision, says: “We are delighted to partner with Smart Monkeys for our clients requiring a global audiovisual system management platform to monitor the increasingly demanding show control, audio, visual and multimedia applications. With the ISAAC platform being one of the first products in its class to fully integrate with AV and IT ecosystems.”
Stephan Villet, Smart Monkeys’ managing partner, adds: “Cosmovision is a preeminent AV product distributor in Hong-Kong and Asia Pacific, and together we seek to further the adoption of virtualization platform as the standard solution for powerful and reliable system monitoring and management.
“The future of this emerging technology is bright, and we look forward to working with the Cosmovision team every step of the way.”
Earlier this summer, Smart Monkeys also announced a partnership with Delta Controls. This means that ISAAC now benefits from integration with Delta Controls’ award-winning O3 standalone multisensor, and enteliWEB, a web-based Enterprise Building Management System (EMBS). The result is a centralised building management solution for operations, site engineering, and energy analytics, running within Smart Monkeys’ ISAAC server platform.
The company also recently announced the development of an integration with PIXILAB Technologies AB, designed to increase efficiency for mutual clients.
