Universal Orlando has shared new details about two hotels opening next to the new Epic Universe theme park in 2025.
We already know the names and opening dates of both hotels: Universal Stella Nova Resort debuts on 21 January 2025. This will be followed by Universal Terra Luna Resort, which launches on 25 February 2025.
Both cosmic-themed hotels are co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels and brought to life by Universal Creative. Together, the hotels offer a total of 1,500 guest rooms.
Stella Nova and Terra Luna resorts in Orlando
A press release from Universal says guests will be immersed “in the center of marvelous galaxies and diverse planetary elements for an experience unlike anywhere else in the universe”.
The Stella Nova Resort is “designed to reflect the infinite vastness of the universe”, says Universal. At the Terra Luna Resort, guests will “explore the unknown and step onto planets that have yet to be discovered”.
Universal Orlando‘s upcoming hotels will feature otherworldly-themed F&B outlets. On offer at the Terra Luna Resort are Omega Cafe, Moonrise Bar, Moonrise Grill, and Luna Bar. The Stella Nova Resort is home to Cosmos Cafe, Galaxy Bar, Galaxy Grill, and Nova Bar.
As for amenities, each hotel includes a nearly 10,000-square-foot pool. State-of-the-art fitness centres are on offer at both hotels, as are game rooms, recreation rooms, and official Universal Orlando stores.

Epic Universe contains five themed lands with more than 50 attractions, entertainment experiences, and retail and F&B outlets.
These are: Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, Dark Universe, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk.
So far, Universal has unveiled Celestial Park and Isle of Berk.
Epic Universe will open to the public at a later date in 2025, after the Stella Nova and Terra Luna resorts.
