Listen Technologies, a provider of assistive listening, multi-language audio transmission and live-streaming audio solutions, has announced the promotion of Mikey Shaffer to senior sales director.
In this position, Shaffer is head of the sales team and the main point of contact for dealer channels, regional sales managers, independent manufacturers’ sales representatives, and distributors in North America. She reports to Maile Keone, president of Listen Technologies.

Accessibility champion
Shaffer has been at Listen Technologies since 2016 and has served in marketing, vertical market, and regional sales positions. Her most recent role at the firm was consultant liaison, where she worked directly with the AV consultant community. Shaffer will continue to work with this group and arrange webinars and meetings to keep them up to date on all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and worldwide accessibility compliance needs.
She formerly worked with Utah’s deaf and hard-of-hearing community to provide telecommunications solutions. Her curiosity, enthusiasm to learn, and desire to help others have led to her success in sales positions and will benefit her new role.
