Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced the appointment of Phil Showler as FEC sales leader for the Americas and Craig Cohoon and Cierra Kelly as sales partners. With these strategically chosen team members, Semnox’s regional footprint will be reinforced, and growth will be accelerated.
Experienced new team members
Showler, who joined Semnox in 2023 and is now taking on a leadership role in FEC sales, has over 25 years of expertise in the location-based entertainment sector. As a seasoned professional, he thrives in building trusting connections with clients and resolving challenging technical issues to guarantee client success. Showler’s new position will see him oversee the FEC Parafait sales team throughout the Americas. He will use his wealth of experience to broaden Semnox’s customer base and improve market share.
Joining the team as a sales partner with an emphasis on the North American market, Cohoon started his career in local arcades and has over thirty years of expertise in this sector. He is originally from Des Moines, Iowa. During his career, he led Moss Distributing’s sales staff and held four terms as president of the Illinois Gaming Machine Operators Association (IGMOA). Cohoon is a great asset to the Semnox team because of his enthusiasm for start-up FEC initiatives that are properly run and well-organised.
Kelly, an accomplished sales professional with a keen interest in the entertainment sector, also joins Semnox as a sales partner. She has a solid background as a business development manager in the FEC sector, and her technical expertise, competitive spirit, and dedication to building strong client relationships will further strengthen Semnox’s capacity to provide outstanding products and services.

Earlier this month, Semnox Solutions also announced that it had provided its comprehensive, integrated platform to Kate’s Skating Rinks in North Carolina, US. The implementation aims to enhance the attraction’s operational efficiency and visitor experience.
