SSA Group, a best-in-class provider of integrated guest services, has announced that its partner entity SSA Ventures has appointed David Rosenberg to lead hospitality innovation, sustainability efforts and growth.

Rosenberg is an experienced leader in the worldwide attractions and hospitality industries. He previously held executive positions at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, including vice president of guest experience. He was responsible for daily operations, visitor experience, guest interaction, and supporting the Aquarium’s goal to promote ocean conservation. His experience also includes serving in leadership positions at Walt Disney World and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
He was a global chairman for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), chair of the Aquarium Affairs committee for the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), and an AZA accreditation inspector. Rosenberg has also served on numerous international and local boards of directors.

His new position at SSA Ventures will allow Rosenberg to draw on the group’s wide portfolio of firms to drive creativity, promote partnerships, and improve guest experiences.
Last month, SSA Group revealed that it has recently completed the renovation of the Naples Zoo gift shop. This project forms part of the new entry plaza for the popular zoo at Caribbean Gardens in Naples, Florida.
