Semnox Solutions renews partnership with Malahi

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has renewed its collaboration with Malahi, a leading Saudi company in the entertainment sector.

Malahi, formerly known as Osoul Entertainment, has been a Semnox Solutions client since 2020. With this renewed partnership, the Riyadh Gallery Mall will adopt the advanced Parafait suite of solutions. This is the seventh of Malahi’s venues to use Semnox’s technologies and represents a significant, long-term collaboration.

Seamless transition

Semnox Solutions Malahi kiosk

The arcade has transitioned from a legacy system to Semnox integrated Parafait Solutions. This included over 300 game card readers, self-service kiosks for cashless transactions, and integrated APIs for seamless purchase and balance recharge.

Semnox seamlessly transferred old card balances to the new system, improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Malahi is dedicated to innovation and quality and is recognised for its wide array of entertainment options, which include go-karting and trampoline parks under the brands Dooz, Sky Zone, Inoos, and Lambee.

Its partnership with Semnox Solutions demonstrates its commitment to offering its visitors state-of-the-art solutions.
