ROLLER, the ticketing, CRM, and POS specialist, has shared a video paying tribute to its community as it looks back at the highlights of 2024.
ROLLER’s all-in-one platform allows clients to streamline operations, improve visitor experiences, and drive revenue development using an extensive collection of solutions including ticketing, point-of-sale, integrated payments, and more. It has been a big year for the company; for example it recently celebrated its 2,000th customer, and in June it announced that the platform’s total transactions have now exceeded $10bn since its founding.
92 features and enhancements launched
Throughout 2024, the ROLLER team has been working to build new features and enhancements that help venues thrive. New features are added following feedback and insights from the ROLLER community, creating the tools they need for success.
Some new features from this year include a new activity centre, online accounts, mobile food and beverage, HQ schedules, Workforce and Amusement Connect integration, stored payment methods, booking reminders, party guest lists and more.
ROLLER also launched Analytics, a new business intelligence tool that helps customers grow their business by providing actionable insights into venue performance, as well as its inaugural benchmark report, inviting operators to discover new strategies and turn data into growth.

With over 109 million experiences facilitated, 76 million transactions completed, and 44 million waivers signed, 2024 was also a big year for ROLLER’s customers, and their guests. Users have seen a 30% increase in online revenues after switching to ROLLER and a 9% year on year increase in conversion rates.
Customer successes & industry recognition
ROLLER customers also celebrated some key achievements this year. For example, Airbourne Trampoline Park saw over $1 million total revenue, driven by food and beverage, while Thrillz reported five times faster venue management. Elsewhere, Experience Children’s Museum brought in $60,000 total revenue in gift cards and memberships in one month, and Dig World saw a 50% increase in operational efficiency.
This year, ROLLER was also certified as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row and was featured for the second time on the AFR Fast Global list, which recognises companies achieving remarkable international growth. Thanks to everyone who made this possible!
The team attended 22 events in 2024, and took home best booth awards at both the Roller Skating Association Convention and Trade Show and the World Waterpark Association Annual Symposium and Trade Show.
