A dinosaur-themed visitor attraction in Tenby, Pembrokeshire is up for sale for the first time. The park in South West Wales is on the market with a guide price of £4.5 million.
Specialist leisure property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to manage the sale of the Dinosaur Park, developed and built by its current owners in 1994.
The family-owned and operated business is being sold due to retirement. It includes 36 rides and activities, and more than 90 animatronic dinosaurs.
Additionally, the property provides a woodland trail, soft and hard play areas, a family-friendly activity house, a VR experience, F&B outlets, and a gift shop.

The Dinosaur Park is located 2.5 miles from the harbour town of Tenby, a tourist hotspot. The park itself attracts more than 60,000 visitors every year, while 650 families hold season tickets.
In a press release, Christie & Co said there is potential for new buyers to expand the park. Also, 120 acres of additional land surrounding the attraction are available to purchase by separate negotiation, as is a three-bedroom bungalow.
The new owner could buy the theme park and run it, or employ a general manager to handle daily operations.
Gabriela Williams, business agent – leisure at Christie & Co, said: “The Dinosaur Park is an outstanding visitor attraction, and this is a unique opportunity to own a very profitable, turn-key leisure business.”

She added, “Over the past 30 years the owners have built, grown and developed the park to the successful attraction it is today, and there is still further scope and potential for it to be expanded even further.
“We expect the park to appeal to a national buyer audience and are welcoming enquiries from prospective purchasers.”
