Listen Technologies, a provider of assistive listening, multi-language audio transmission and live-streaming audio solutions, has announced that it is strengthening its collaboration with Ampetronic, a leading provider of audio induction loop systems, under the Allvida umbrella.
Together, the two companies will leverage their decades of experience to transform assistive listening and communication. Clients and partners will benefit from greater value driven by aligned operations, leadership, and resources.
Listen Technologies and Ampetronic are positioned as the leading brands in their respective technology and applications, and while working closely together will retain their own brand names.

Maile Keone serves as president and CEO of both Listen Technologies and Ampetronic, maintaining consistent leadership and strategic alignment throughout the organisation. Julian Pieters will serve as chief strategy officer, overseeing corporate strategy, product and technology development, and partnerships.
Listen Technologies and Ampetronic are part of Allvida, a rapidly expanding group of accessibility-focused companies. In 2023, the two brands announced that they would distribute each other’s solutions in North America and the United Kingdom respectively, creating a single source for their comprehensive and complementary assistive listening solutions. The partnership has also resulted in the development of Auri, the first Auracast audio-based assistive listening system.
Keone says: “Our collaboration with Ampetronic on Auri showcases the incredible synergy between our teams and our shared passion for innovation and accessibility. Under the Allvida umbrella, we’re taking that successful partnership to the next level, delivering complementary solutions and expanding our global impact. This alignment is more than a natural progression—it’s a powerful opportunity to help even more people hear clearly and engage in any environment.”
The partnership between Listen Technologies and Ampetronic guarantees that their whole line of adaptable, dependable, and high-quality products is available to meet the changing requirements of clients and industries around the globe. This combined strength enables their distribution network to provide comprehensive solutions adapted to the different needs of sectors including transportation, performing arts venues, houses of worship, higher education institutions, and others.
“With our expanded resources and shared expertise, we can accelerate our innovation in both technology and services. There are so many opportunities ahead, with the world of public audio services entering a new and exciting chapter,” says Pieters. “Together, Listen Technologies and Ampetronic will set a new standard for assistive communication, enhancing accessibility for all.”
