Scenario establishes new Saudi Arabia entity

News
Scenario global locations

Scenario, the award-winning design and fabrication firm, has announced that it has officially established operations in Saudi Arabia through the newly created Scenario International Contracting Company. This branch will be essential in advancing the company’s initiatives in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia.

Scenario Asia has already secured multiple strategic contracts in partnership with the firm’s trusted Saudi partners, Mint Creative. These partnerships cover various locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as Tabuk, Madinah, and Riyadh.

Scenario and Mint Creative will participate together in the upcoming SEA Expo, taking place in Riyadh from 20 to 22 May 2025.

Supporting Vision 2030

The company’s new office in Riyadh, the Saudi capital, will serve as a hub for local operations, client collaboration, and talent development. Scenario is ideally placed to support the Kingdom’s goals in line with its Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to attract 150 million visits annually by 2030 and increase the tourism sector’s contribution to Saudi Arabia’s GDP from 6% to 10 %.

Saudi Arabia is developing a range of giga-projects and attractions as part of the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) Vision 2030, aimed at diversifying the economy and reducing the kingdom’s reliance on oil.

Tom Stapleton, vice president of Scenario Asia and Middle East, expressed his enthusiasm for this milestone:

“We are thrilled to be officially established in Saudi Arabia and to contribute to the realization of the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision. We have full confidence in the future of Saudi Arabia’s business landscape and are excited to strengthen our collaboration with Mint Creative to achieve shared success.”

Last month, Scenario announced that Youjia Wang, business development manager of Scenario Cockram Limited Asia, has been elected to the 2025 Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) Asia Pacific Division Board. This showcases her key contributions to themed entertainment and dedication to fostering innovation and growth throughout the region.
