Zero Latency, a global leader in VR entertainment, is celebrating the launch of its 10th venue in Spain, located in Son Castelló, Palma de Mallorca.
The company has been operating in Spain since 2017, when it opened one of its first venues in Madrid. With this new location, Spain now boasts more Zero Latency venues than any other country in Europe.
Alberto Marcos, business development manager at Zero Latency VR, says: “It’s been an amazing ride bringing Zero Latency to Spain. When we opened our first venue in Madrid back in 2017 — the very first in Europe — we had people travelling from all over the continent just to try it.
“That early excitement showed us the power of immersive entertainment, and it hasn’t stopped since. Every new opening is powered by passionate local partners who bring so much entrepreneurial energy to their cities.
“Reaching our tenth Spanish venue with Palma — and our first outside the mainland — is a huge milestone. It shows how Zero Latency connects with both locals and tourists alike. We’re having so much fun building this together — and the journey’s only just getting started!”
Expansive experiences
The new venue features a huge arena powered by Zero Latency’s state-of-the-art VR technology to provide unparallelled freedom and immersion. Up to eight people can play at the same time, without the need for backpacks, wires, or limitations.
Albert Mas, owner of Zero Latency Palma de Mallorca, says: “Opening the first Zero Latency VR venue in our town feels like unlocking a portal to another dimension.
“This is a launchpad into worlds our community has never experienced before. Whether you’re battling zombies with friends or exploring alien landscapes, it’s an adrenaline-fueled adventure from the moment you step in. We’re beyond excited to bring this next-level experience to life right here at home.”
Players can choose from a wide range of acclaimed virtual adventures, such as:
