InfoComm Asia, the region’s leading audio-visual trade show, has issued its final call for registrations for its 2025 event, which promises to present the blueprint for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the professional audiovisual (Pro AV) sector.
The show is taking place from 23 to 25 July at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand.
It will explore the impact of AI in AV through expert-led Summit sessions dedicated to its practical use, 170 exhibitors, and more than 250 new product launches.

Expansive show floor
InfoComm Asia gathers thousands of ProAV sector professionals for three days of networking, education, and exploration of the cutting-edge technology that is shaping the sector.
The 2025 show will feature an extensive show floor with 170 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, and 59 new exhibitors. Attendees will be among the first to see 256 new product launches, making the event a key destination for sourcing advanced technology.
The key topic of AI will be exemplified in the exhibition, with showcases of AI-powered solutions such as:
- AI noise reduction audio solutions from AVerMedia, P05, and VLINKA, P12.
- AI-powered tracking cameras by HDKATOV, K23, and WyreStorm, C15.
- Video cameras with AI voice tracking and gesture recognition from AVer, P10.
- Camera with AI voice tracking integrated with Dante-based solutions from Lumens, J10.
- High-performance, AI-powered computing solutions for enterprise, retail, healthcare and smart cities from Shuttle, E16.
- Sophisticated AI-led video wall control for command centres from AVCiT.
AV Access, F19, Incepttech, L20, iDma, P19, and Persona, M15, are among the other exhibitors showcasing market-ready AI-driven solutions.
New experiences & events
This year, InfoComm Asia is rolling out new experiences and initiatives including immersive demonstrations, workshops, and networking opportunities.
These include:
- AVIXA Xchange Live. In its in-person debut in Asia, the popular online community will bring a space for vibrant discussions and meetups to the show floor. This will feature groups such as the AVIXA Women’s Council in Asia, Rising Professionals Meet Up and AV/IT Community Meetup.
- Dedicated demo rooms. For the first time, detailed demonstrations will take place on level 1 of QSNCC, hosted by major brands such as HARMAN, Cisco, and Neat.
- Hands-on workshops. The interactive ‘Lunch & Learn: AI in AV Workshop’ will provide attendees with the skills required to use advanced AI tools in their creative processes.
All registered attendees can access this educational content and more for free throughout the three show days.
In-booth events
In addition to presenting the latest innovations, the show floor will feature special events hosted by exhibitors to provide unique opportunities for deeper engagement.
In-booth experiences include:
- Connecting a device at AVer, P10, to test its acclaimed video conference systems and run demo meetings on the platform of the attendees’ choice.
- Diving deep into the future of partnership at Cisco, MR109A-B, Workplace Technology Exchange. Registration is required for this session.
- Enjoying daily happy hour at HARMAN, L01, and visiting the HARMAN Connect Demo Room at MR108.
- Getting practical demos with the new Engage software and switches at NETGEAR, D01.

- Televic, M10, will be hosting its popular networking Beer Event on day 2.
- VITEC, J15, is hosting a cocktail reception for visitors on days 1 and 2.
InfoComm Asia will host the Official Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI) Certification Ceremony, in a landmark event for the local pro audio industry. This partnership highlights the show’s dedication to supporting the advancment of technical skills in the region.
The ceremony will take place on the InfoComm Smart Tech Stage on 24 July, where Jullada Meejul, director general of TPQI will present awards to the first cohort of professional live sound specialists who passed the assessment.
Summit sessions
The InfoComm Asia Summit will feature 58 expert speakers in 63 sessions over 19 tracks. It will provide strategic insight and practical expertise on the influence of AI and other key trends.
Highlight sessions include day 1’s opening panel Visions of 2030: Reimagining the Future of Business and Technology, How Human-Centric AI is Changing Customer Engagement, and practical deep dives such as Transforming Workplaces with AI-Driven Intelligent Devices, AI & The Future of Workplace Collaboration and Engagement, and How AI-Driven AV is Shaping the Classroom of Tomorrow.

InfoComm Asia opened registration for its 2025 edition in May. Last year’s InfoComm Asia welcomed a record 8,817 unique visitors from more than 50 countries – a 21% increase over the previous edition.
