RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, has entered into a new partnership with Island Waterpark, a leading family waterpark situated in Fresno, California. Renowned for its exhilarating water rides, private cabanas, and large-scale group events, Island Waterpark will introduce RocketRez’s all-in-one platform.

Island Waterpark attracts thousands of visitors each season with its entertaining attractions and friendly atmosphere. To enhance guest service and streamline operations, the management team selected RocketRez to replace outdated systems with a single, modern platform specifically designed for seasonal attractions.

Moving on from disconnected systems

“We were ready to move on from disconnected systems and provide a guest experience that matches the quality of the park,” says Matt Massey for Island Waterpark. “RocketRez brings everything together—from online sales to food ordering to group events—and makes it feel effortless.”

The implementation of RocketRez encompasses a comprehensive set of features, including the deployment of Season Passes and Digital Passes, a mobile-friendly checkout process, and day ticketing options. It also supports cabana bookings, food and beverage operations, group and private event rentals, retail sales, and upsells, as well as guest communications through email and SMS.

By switching to RocketRez, Island Waterpark will bring together tools previously spread across multiple vendors into a single platform—getting rid of manual reconciliation and boosting real-time visibility into sales, redemptions, and guest behaviour.

“Island Waterpark is a cornerstone of summer fun in California’s Central Valley,” says Sean Harvey, chief revenue officer at RocketRez. “They needed a platform that could handle the complexity of seasonal demand without creating friction for staff or guests. We’re proud to help them deliver their best season yet.”

This summer, RocketRez also announced a new partnership with Capturelife. This state-of-the-art digital souvenir platform fully integrates with ticketing and POS systems to enable operators to provide and monetise visitor photos.
