DOF Robotics, an award-winning producer of immersive simulation attractions, robotic systems, games, and CGI content, has completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Borsa Istanbul (BIST, DOFRB), raising over $40 million, which represents 29% of the company’s current value, amid strong investor demand.
The IPO marks a key strategic move in DOF Robotics’ path to sustainable growth, enabling significant investment in high-value projects, boosting production capacity, and driving expansion into new markets.
Reaching this milestone marks a significant step forward in DOF Robotics’ growth journey, with plans to focus on expanding R&D projects, global offices and warehouses, sustainable production facilities, and the development of cutting-edge content.
With 19 years of expertise, the company exports to over 60 countries across six continents, providing award-winning simulators and immersive experiences to some of the world’s most visited theme parks and locations.
Strategic partnerships include Marvel, Angry Birds, Hasbro, and Monster Jam, creating significant value in the amusement industry.

Among the upcoming releases is Phantom City, a cinematic, high-speed adventure that will make its world premiere at IAAPA Expo Europe 2025. This attraction promises to combine storytelling with DOF’s state-of-the-art simulator technology.
Another highlight is The Smurfs: Gargamel Tower, a family-friendly quest where the iconic blue characters embark on a showdown against their infamous rival. Additionally, Dog Fight offers an aviation battle experience, placing guests directly in the cockpit of fighter jets, while Guardian Challenge presents a mission that combines elements of disaster response, planetary defence, and education, all while providing edge-of-your-seat excitement.
