This new integration improves SSA Group’s foodservice operations, offering guests a quick and easy food pickup experience. The lockers work together with mobile ordering and kiosks, enabling visitors to swiftly collect their meals and return to enjoying the zoo.
Guests can use Cinchio’s mobile app or kiosks to place orders, then retrieve their food from a secure compartment by scanning a code. This system helps avoid long lines and wait times, allowing guests to maximise their time at the zoo.
