Cobras Curse at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
Cobras Curse at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is an innovative spinning coaster set in a highly themed Egyptian archaeological site. PCL’s involvement consisted of two phases. The first included the demolition and rerouting of existing attractions, as well as implementing overall site improvements. The second saw the construction of the ride itself, including updating the ride building, queue and other area facilities. Part of the project involved PCL successfully erecting a safety fence overnight, ensuring that theme park guests weren’t impacted and the client’s goals were met.
Infinity Falls at SeaWorld Orlando
Working with SeaWorld Orlando to create an ambitious river rapids attraction, PCL’s involvement saw the demolition of a previous attraction, construction of the ride trough, and creation of all three acres of rockwork and landscaping. Through the team using innovative building methods, PCL were able to provide the client with large cost savings when compared to using contractors.
