Tiqets B2B Reviews Webinar

Webinar called “Strategies for 5-Star reviews from award-winning UK venues” takes place on Wednesday 30 March

Tiqets, a leading booking partner for museums and attractions, has announced that places are still available on its upcoming free webinar. The online event, entitled Strategies for 5-Star reviews from award-winning UK venues, takes place on Wednesday 30 March, at 3.30 pm UK time (4.30 pm CEST/10.30 am EST).

In a world where 89% of people use online reviews to help them decide on products and services, attractions need to prioritise a great visitor experience more than ever, in order to gain five-star reviews on sites such as Tiqets. Attendees at the company’s webinar will gain insights into how they can boost guest satisfaction and increase the number of positive reviews from customers.

A lot of attractions focus largely on ticket sales to get guests through their doors. But it is also vital to incentivise them to visit again by delivering a positive experience. Plus, there is also the secondary benefit of free word-of-mouth promotion, which is often trusted more by consumers than traditional corporate advertising.

An expert panel

The online event will feature top tips and actionable insights from some of the UK’s top visitor attractions.

These attractions were all honoured in Tiqets’ Remarkable Venue Awards last year.

Operators will be able to discover key components of an exceptional visitor experience. Best practices with a focus on the customer will also be shared from internationally renowned museums and institutions.

Attendees can now register for the webinar online by visiting the Tiqets website.
