Booking Boss, the ticketing and booking management platform for the attractions, tours and entertainment industries, has announced it will be heading to IAAPA Expo Europe 2019
Booking Boss is pleased to be attending IAAPA Expo Europe 2019, the attractions industry’s premier event in Europe. The expo takes place from the 16th – 19th September, at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Over 15,000 professionals from the industry are expected to attend, from more than 100 countries.
This will be the first time that the award-winning ticketing and booking management platform has made an appearance at the event. Booking Boss, a web-based solution, is owned by Helix Leisure. It allows businesses to manage ticketing and bookings centrally. Not only does this improve the guest experience by streamlining the process and reducing queues, but it can also generate more sales and lead to increased profits.
An all-in-one solution
Operators are also able to connect directly to a range of OTAs and OOAs, such as Viator, TripAdvisor and Expedia, including tours and activity providers with a B2B agent portal. This means that third-parties are able to book tickets easily, as well as paying for and printing them all in one place.
“We recognise that managing an attraction and activity operation can be overwhelming,” says Renee Welsh, CEO, Solutions Group. “That’s why a solution like Booking Boss is necessary to streamline multiple tickets into one place, improving operational efficiency so that you can focus on the guest experience.”
Booking Boss can be found on booth #2343, along with Embed. Embed will be showcasing TOOLKIT, the all-in-one integrated solution. This connects all business touchpoints, including bookings and party planning, games management, prize inventory, POS, game card kiosks and more.
The Booking Boss and Embed teams invite delegates to visit the booth, where they have a chance to win an iPad. Appointments can be made here.
Embed also recently announced that it has signed and secured the business of Bell Casino AB, which operates casinos in restaurants and amusement parks in Sweden. It also operates maritime casinos on cruise ships in Northern Europe. The company has been in operation since 1979.
