Gateway Ticketing Systems Provide Access Control and Ticketing for The Center for Civil and Human Rights

News

Gateway Ticketing Systems has provided its flagship Galaxy® product suite to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Inc., Atlanta, which opened to the public on June 23rd.

In addition to on-site point of sale, tickets, memberships and donations can also be made using The Center’s new eGalaxy Web Store.

Explaining the reasons for selecting Gateway, Terrie Rouse, chief operating officer of The National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Inc. said, "We wanted to go with a system that has a strong reputation in the museum and attractions industry and can scale with us as we grow as an institution. Gateway Ticketing provides that and more along with a full range of functionalities for ticket sales, group sales and membership support.  This will help ensure we provide our visitors with exceptional service when we open and beyond.”

The Center is located adjacent to two other Gateway customers, the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium, providing an opportunity to work together to establish best-practices to optimize operations and guest experience.

Commenting on the project, Gateway Ticketing Systems Business Solutions Manager, Stephen Simpson, said, “The Center for Civil and Human Right’s mission – to empower people to take the protection of every human’s rights personally – is a noble and essential one. It’s a mission we at Gateway are thrilled to support and foster by enabling The Center to streamline its operations and fuel its vision for years to come.”
