Green4 Solutions Provides CRM Platform to Surf Snowdonia

CRM and ticketing experts, Green4 Solutions, is providing its Go Solution CRM-based platform to Surf Snowdonia.

Surf Snowdonia is located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, a popular tourist destination known for its wide range of outdoor activities and spectacular scenery.

The facility offers both surfing action and onsite accommodation in the form of camping pods and secure lockers, both of which will be controlled by SALTO’s RFID wristband-based access control system. A waterside café/bar allows visitors to watch the surfers from a 50-metre viewing gallery.

Phil Nelson, Business Development Director at Surf Snowdonia commented, “After running our initial first short season, it became apparent that we required an end to end platform to cope with the huge and diverse visitor numbers across all aspects of our business."

According to Nelson, key reasons for choosing Green4 included the company's ability to work within very short timescales and "the depth and strength of their team".

Green 4 is providing a one system solution for the scheduled bookings of all activities, food and beverage operations, retail, CRM, marketing automation and customer loyalty programmes. The Go Solution will also allow Surf Snowdonia to build customer profiles in order to drive targeted communications, increase visitor spending and up the frequency of visits.

Green 4’s sister company, 4Sight Sport & Leisure, will be assisting Surf Snowdonia to optimise marketing communications.
