Leading creator of year-round snow and ice attractions, Swedice, is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the industry.
Swedice began in the sports industry with the development of a low cost ice rink system for ice hockey sport in Sweden.
The company then created a mobile ice rink, which was introduced to the leisure and theme park market.
Around 15 years ago, Swedice then joined forces with Neveplast Artificial Snowfun which has transformed their product range into the company’s 365 Ride, Slide & Glide attractions they offer today.
The range includes permanent and mobile ice rinks using their Icefloo technology as well as dry tubing and skiddy karting. The company has delivered recent projects such as 60m of dry tubing in Mikkelparken in Norway, and for the past 17 years has delivered the annual ICE*Amsterdam experience. Swedice often collaborates with design partner Kinetic Creative on projects.
