Convious getting started webinar

How to get started with Convious will share knowledge to support a successful launch or to optimise an existing setup

Convious, a leading eCommerce platform for the leisure industry, has announced that it will present a free webinar to help clients efficiently implement its platform at their attractions.

The live session, How to get started with Convious, will be taking place on 14 December at 3.00 pm CET / 2.00 pm GMT. Places can be reserved on the Convious website.

Ensuring a successful launch

Transitioning to a new system is a difficult task. It entails streamlining team communication, adjusting to a new way of working, and ensuring that operations are unaffected during the move.

In this webinar, Convious, together with its partner Crealy Theme Park & Resort, will present best practices for smoothly and efficiently implementing a new system.

Crealy Theme Park & Resort’s resort sales and marketing manager, Jodie Hodgkins, and digital marketing manager, Daisy Shirley, will be joined by Vesna Radovanović-Bos, manager of onboarding and delivery EMEA at Convious. They will share valuable insights for seamlessly integrating the platform into an attraction’s business strategy.

Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the Convious onboarding process, and discover how to effectively use the firm’s AI tools in their daily processes. The webinar will equip attractions with the knowledge needed to ensure a successful launch, or optimise an existing Convious setup.

The session will include:

  • How to confidently navigate the Convious onboarding process.
  • Strategies to integrate Convious tools into your organisation.
  • How to prepare for a successful launch on the platform.
  • Expert insights from real case studies.
  • Answers to your questions in a live Q&A session.

Earlier this month, Convious released an innovative GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) customer service and support solution. This uses machine learning to provide personalised recommendations to clients and enables them to adapt the product to their particular requirements. The GPT solution is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
