Digital Projection InfoComm 2023

The firm will demonstrate the TITAN 41000 4K UHD and M-Vision 27000 at InfoComm 2023

Digital Projection, a specialist in laser projectors, has announced the launch of two new innovative new laser projectors and will be showcasing the new products at InfoComm 2023.

The AV trade show is taking place at the Orlando Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from 10-16 June. Delegates can visit Digital Projection at booth #3029.

The new TITAN 41000 4K UHD and M-Vision 27000 WUXGA projectors are packed with innovative features, such as unparalleled brightness, vivid colour rendering, a smaller footprint, and improved, market-leading efficiency. These attributes offer exceptionally bright, precise, realistic images in a variety of commercial locations.

M-Vision 27000 WU has been designed with technology that can rise to the most challenging of situations. This product has a market-leading 27,000 lumens output and 10,000:1 contrast ratio, delivering a large-screen imaging solution and near 3-Chip performance at a 1-Chip price point to budget-sensitive applications.

Meanwhile, the new TITAN laser projector family offers up to 47,000 lumens at WUXGA and 41,000 lumens at 4K-UHD resolutions.

These products both display brilliant, vibrant colours using Digital Projection’s ColorBoost+RedLaser technology, which combines red laser with the traditional blue laser phosphor system.

TITAN 41000 4K UHD

Several cutting-edge technologies are built into the TITAN 41000 4K UHD (3840×2160) projector chassis, making it an ideal imaging solution for premium large venue applications such as auditoria, performing arts centres, visitor attractions, houses of worship, and leasing and staging.

Digital Projection TITAN 41000

The new TITAN range represents a significant advancement over current models, with many aspects fully reinvented and reconfigured for efficiency and size. The new model is 15% more efficient than the current TITAN and better than the closest competition in terms of lumens-per-watt output.

With a longer illumination lifetime of 40,000 hours in ECO mode and a dust-proof, filterless construction, the TITAN is designed to run and run with no fuss in 24/7 situations.

The increased power and performance have also been designed into a considerably smaller chassis, resulting in a 27% brighter, 13.3% smaller, 7.4% lighter, and 3dBA quieter model than the existing version. This restores the TITAN’s status as the class’s smallest, lightest, brightest, and quietest projector.

A number of new video processing features have also been included to make installation and operation easier and more dependable, in addition to the physical design updates. Source redundancy provides peace of mind for key live events, while flexible geometry adjustment offers intuitive correction via PC tool or Remote Control.

Brightness Sync is also new to the TITAN series. This uses embedded sensors to monitor and automatically change the brightness of individual projectors in blended multi-projector installations, guaranteeing that each projected visual is exactly matched.

This premium 4K-UHD (3840×2160) 16:9 laser projector features the use of both red and blue lasers to create an extraordinarily broad colour gamut. ColorBoost+Red technology means that the TITAN 41000-4K-UHD can deliver clear, clean, realistic images, while fast transit pixels ensure seamless greyscaling.

Digital Projection will showcase the image capabilities of the TITAN 41000 4K-UHD at InfoComm 2023. By coupling the 2,000:1 native contrast ratio with a 3.5m-wide projection screen, they will demonstrate an ultra-short-throw projection configuration.

M-Vision 27000

The M-Vision 27000 WU (1920×1200) also benefits from a significant improvement in functionality. It has many of the same advantages as the TITAN, but in a super-bright, low-cost 1-Chip DLP design.

This is the brightest single-chip laser projector on the market, producing 27,000 ISO lumens and excelling in bright locations.

Following the design philosophy of the TITAN, it is 14.8% brighter and 9.2% lighter than its predecessor, with a 23.8% light efficiency increase over the previous M-Vision. Sustainability has been considered at every stage of the design process.

This laser-phosphor projector is also equipped with ColorBoost+Red laser technology, which provides the most accurate and rich colours at previously unattainable brightness levels. A 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio provides deep blacks.

A comprehensive collection of professional lenses now includes the brand-new 0.38:1 UST lens. This offers impressive vertical lens shift, and so is even more versatile for installations in limited space.

The M-Vision 27000 is completed with features normally found in elite 3-Chip devices, such as Source Redundancy, Brightness Sync, and Auto White Balance Correction. As such, it is one of the most capable, versatile Single-Chip DLP projectors available.

By combining the M-Vision 27000 with a projection screen oriented vertically at InfoComm 2023, Digital Projection will demonstrate the flexible installations possible with this new model. The M-Vision 27000 is especially well-suited for retail, hospitality, and other commercial locations.

Digital Projection recently announced that Elmia, a leading convention centre in Jönköping, in southern Sweden, is to adopt the Satellite MLS projection system. This is the first venue of its kind to be equipped with this innovative technology.
