Extensive feature enhancements
This year, Gateway has implemented a number of feature enhancements. Some of these include:
- Dynamic pass benefits offer the ability to configure benefit packages on the pass kind, to add benefits after a transaction, and to cap benefits per transaction, per day, or by total, or to not limit at all.
- QSR kitchen display system (KDS) interface which has been improved to include the implementation of pager number prompts for the QSR KDS at the point of sale, and a function to notify guests when their food is ready.
- Ease of customer information lookup now makes it possible to look up members directly at ACS at the point of sale, with a privilege-controlled function to allow ACS pass lookup.
- Sales channel capacity modes provide subdivided sales channel allocations for more detailed control over capacity, and functionality to ensure the ideal revenue mix when working with collaborators.
- FreedomPay hosted payment control has been enhanced with no more redirects for payment, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay Support.
- Self service gift tickets now have the ability to sell inactive tickets via the online store, activate gift tickets online, and access additional add-ons and offers.
- Galaxy Connect improvements via Sales Channel Manager enable sales program filters to be applied for Galaxy Connect, and adds functionality to add and delete products in bulk.
Immersive Guest Journey
Delegates at this year’s IAAPA Expo will be able to discover the features of Gateway’s ticketing platform and learn how it can benefit their business at booth #4847.
An immersive experience Guest Journey will provide an up-close look at how Gateway’s cutting-edge ticketing platform works and how it can deliver a stress-free ticketing experience for visitors.
In this experience, delegates will see the ticketing process, including buying a ticket, taking a virtual walk to the turnstile, and an effortless entry procedure. Delegates can also visit a virtual gift shop or café, receive upsell offers, upgrade to a membership or season pass, and leave the venue.
They will be able to track a ticket and a guest account in real-time and watch as the Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution registers all transaction touchpoints, forming a 360-degree view of a visit. On-site experts from Gateway will demonstrate how the experience can be personalised.
Delegates can find out more about this experience and book a place online.
Gateway employs over 170 people in the US, the UK, and Canada, including software developers, technical experts, IT resources, project managers, customer service representatives, and other professionals.
Last month, Gateway Ticketing Systems announced details of its latest update for the Galaxy Connect platform. The release will include support for the new OCTO messaging specification.
