Local Measure partner Cisco for customer experience software

Local Measure has signed a high profile deal with Cisco to provide its customer experience software to Sydney Opera House.

The Aussie start-up will work with Cisco to help Sydney Opera House monitor and manage visitor behaviour on social media and at the venue.

In an interview with The Australian Financial Review, Cisco’s global chief executive Chuck Robbins and Local Measure founder Jonathan Barouch discuss the future of the customer experience and technology.

Cisco and Local Measure are also working together at the Sydney Cricket Ground and Ardent Leisure venues like the Dreamworld theme park on the Gold Coast.

The global tech giant has added Local Measure’s product to its range of offerings to clients worldwide.
