ROLLER launches new Analytics tool in partnership with Google BigQuery

ROLLER partners with Google for new Analytics tool

ROLLER, the ticketing, CRM, and POS specialist, has revealed its new Analytics solution which has been developed in partnership with Google.

The firm has partnered with Google BigQuery to embed advanced business insights directly into its comprehensive venue management solution, a first for the industry.

Powerful reporting

This advanced data visualisation and dashboarding solution represents a huge step forward in how businesses analyse their data, providing operators with practical insights into their venue’s performance. Analytics now allows for dynamic data comparisons from within the ROLLER platform, eliminating the need to export data to external platforms for further analysis.

Luke Finn, CEO and founder at ROLLER, says: “Today, we are incredibly excited to be launching Analytics – our highly anticipated business intelligence solution. At ROLLER, we’re always striving to deliver innovative solutions that empower our customers to grow and take their business to the next level. Together with our partners at Google, we’re proud to have delivered a powerful solution that is not only deep in functionality but also really easy to use.

“With Analytics, we have taken a huge step forward in making data more accessible and insightful, and we’re so thrilled to now have this in the hands of our customers.”

The launch of Analytics ushers in a new era of strategic business analysis and enhances ROLLER’s current reporting toolkit. The firm’s clients will have access to an array of user-friendly reports and ready-made dashboards providing a graphical overview of vital performance indicators, such as revenue trends, visitor purchase patterns, party booking sales, and membership retention rates.

These insights are easy to understand and put into action, allowing operators to see where they are doing well, where they fall short, and how they can improve their offerings, marketing efforts, and guest touchpoints to enhance income.

Last month, ROLLER announced the launch of new self-service features for its toolkit. These features enable visitors to manage their bookings and order food and beverages with minimal touchpoints.
