Semantic helps Crealy launch website fast

LOOP platform has enabled the attraction to launch a new website in under two weeks

Semantic, a company that designs and optimises websites for visitor attractions worldwide, has shared how its client Crealy, a leading attraction theme park resort in Devon, UK, has used the LOOP platform to launch a new website record time.

The digital agency’s LOOP platform was created to help attractions quickly develop a new online presence or enhance their current performance. Using the platform, Crealy was able to launch a whole new website in under 10 working days, with not only a fast turnaround, but also a significant boost in quality, polish and optimisation.

Quick turnaround

The website project obtained approval at the start of March, yet Semantic was able to work with the Crealy marketing team to develop an all-new LOOP website and have it live in readiness for the Easter holidays.

The new site is vivid, image-driven, and mobile-first to ensure that it is as engaging as possible for all its visitors, whether new to Crealy or returning. The Crealy team’s content creation, updates, and population were extremely effective, and they no longer need to worry about the limited CMS features and slow systems of their old site.

Neil Lewin, MD, Semantic, says: “We are thrilled to have helped Crealy transform their online capabilities ready for the main 2024 season. The streamlined project and rollout process we now have with LOOP just saves attraction marketers so much time and uncertainty, and the simple pricing module de-risks the whole process for the client. They can see the site in progress, adapt content and layouts straight in the CMS, and seamlessly transition to the new site without all the stress of a typical bespoke project.”

The Crealy marketing team adds: “Wish there was an option for higher than 5 stars! Highly recommend Semantic to anyone looking to upgrade their website. Massive thank you to Neil, Dan, Nicky & all the team at Semantic for making our website journey seamless (in just under 2 weeks). The guys were always on hand to help with any enquiries which were sorted super efficiently! They truly went above & beyond. Thanks again so much – we are in love with our new website – crealy.co.uk.”

Ready for peak season

LOOP clients can take advantage of a comprehensive range of attraction-focused features and modules, including dynamic open times listings, interactive layered maps, what’s inside the attraction filter listings and search, multi-location capabilities and news, and form builders and newsletter integration. New features and components are included in the LOOP subscription, which is available on a monthly or annual basis.

The platform enables clients to upgrade their web presence in a short time, and offers a solution to attractions who are considering a new website before the summer. LOOP’s effectiveness at Crealy demonstrates how Semantic has developed the platform’s architecture, designs, components, and bespoke functionality to transform the creation of attraction websites

Semantic recently released its new LOOP Website Optimisation Framework and Scorecard, which aims to help attractions gain focus, identify any gaps, and better communicate their vision to the wider team.
