Connect&GO partners with Roaring Springs Waterpark and Wahooz Family Fun Zone

News
Roaring Springs Connect&GO

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering andĀ wearable RFID technologyĀ for events and attractions,Ā has brought its all-in-one management platform to the Northwest’s largest waterpark and FEC, ahead of a planned expansion project. Both attractions will use the flexible and integrated Konnect platform to boost the guest experience and streamline operations.

Roaring Springs Waterpark in Meridian, Idaho, is the biggest waterpark in the Northwest United States and is home to a wide range of attractions for all ages, including a wave pool, a bowl slide, an action river, tube slides, two family raft rides, a four-lane racing slide, a kiddie play area and a 360-looping waterslide called Corkscrew Cavern. It is now embarking on a seven-phase expansion, set to take place over the next five years.

The neighbouring Wahooz Family Fun Zone has more than 15 attractions on offer, such as later stage, arcade games, bowling and two 18-hole mini golf courses. There is also a large event venue, the Galaxy Event Center, suitable for both corporate and social events. Ā

Providing a fully-connected experience

“We are excited to start this partnership with Connect&GO and be able to provide our guests with a fully connected experience across our properties,ā€ says Patrick Morandi, CEO of Roaring Springs Waterpark and Wahooz Family Fun Zone. ā€œThe Konnect platform provides so many ways for us to simplify our operations and gives us full control over our own system which will alleviate a lot of pain points for our team.ā€

The venues have chosen to use the company’s Konnect platform, as well as RFID wristbands, self-serve kiosks and flexible access control options. This will create an updated guest experience, reducing friction points and leading to more guest engagement. Konnect integratesĀ eCommerce ticketing, point-of-sale,Ā cashless, F&B, access control, waivers and more into one centralized platform with real-time data.

Roaring Springs will also use Konnectā€™s mobile food & beverage integration so that visitors will be able to preorder food on their phones, while Wahooz will utilize the platformā€™s Intercard integration for a streamlined arcade experience. Both will use Konnectā€™s Marketing and CRM integration, powered by ActiveCampaign.

ā€œWe are thrilled to partner with Roaring Springs Waterpark and Wahooz Family Fun Zone to create a truly connected guest experience across their waterpark and family entertainment center,ā€ said Dominic Gagnon, Connect&GO CEO. ā€œWe are committed to helping them utilize next-generation technology to empower their operations and create more opportunities to grow.ā€

Connect&GO also recently implemented its Konnect attractions management platform at WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Resort in Rapid City, South Dakota. After becoming one of the first attractions in the US to bring in the all-in-one solution, the waterpark is now providing a frictionless guest experience to its visitors.
