$46 million H2OBX Waterpark in America's Outer Banks Will Feature 110ft Slide

A brand new waterpark under construction in America’s Outer Banks will feature a 110ft waterslide among its many attractions.

Other highlights at the 80-acre H2OBX Waterpark will include a giant wave pool, water slides, a lazy river, an adventure pond and dining options.

The project’s lead designer and builder is Aquatic Development Group.

When complete, the venue is expected to attract 4,500 visitors daily during the holiday season.

The first phase is set to open this summer.

It will offer over 20 slides, an “adventure river” flowing in a quarter-mile circle, four “activity pools” with ropes and other attractions, plus a 450,000-gallon surf wave pool.
