Eagle Hills Jordan is the developer behind Saraya Aqaba, located on the shores of the Red Sea. The project is a mixed-use tourism and leisure destination.
Saraya Aqaba includes residential properties, four luxury hotels, entertainment outlets and facilities, and the first water park in Aqaba.
The water park, designed by Amusement Logic, is located on an area of 36 acres and can accommodate approximately 1,865 guests (via Trade Arabia).

It will feature various family-friendly areas, including one for children. There will also be an artificial river, 19 slides, and surfing and water skiing simulations.
In addition, there will be a pool located in the family area of the water park, as well as restaurants and other F&B.
Eagle Hills and Emaar Entertainment previously formed a joint venture to take the Marassi Aquarium and Underwater Zoo to shopping mall Marassi Galleria in Bahrain.

Marassi Aquarium and Underwater Zoo will be operated by Emaar, and will boast an ultra-modern design, as well as a digital tunnel with interactive digital exhibits.
Meanwhile, Liseberg recently announced that construction is starting on its €110m indoor water park Oceana, which is currently scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.
