Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, has publicly congratulated twenty-two employees for their outstanding commitment to the company.
The newly award-winning colleagues were selected after displaying Gateway’s values in 2021, contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation in delivering new projects. Accolade winners were selected by colleagues themselves across a number of categories.
President and CEO Michael Andre says “We are a company that is founded on and driven by our core values. We also strongly believe in recognising and acknowledging those employees that live those values day in and day out. Every year, we present our employee awards as a token of our appreciation and a celebration of our success.”
Core Value Awards
The first award was presented to technical support specialist Tom Traegler, for continuously showing exceptional customer service performance in his delivery and presentation.
The Integrity Award was given to both Mike Briggs, a desktop/server technician, and business solutions architect Chad Wallace. The duo consistently shows strong character, honesty, and fairness in their interactions with clients and peers.
Principle for wildlife & conservation Randy Josselyn, received the Passion Award for displaying “extraordinary dedication and enthusiasm” for the company’s mission and customers.
Joint winners Jon Schnell, senior technical support analyst, and Tom Lee, senior implementation specialist, accepted the Accountability Award for demonstrating elevated levels of ownership and responsibility in their work.
Other Gateway accolades include the Teamwork Award for Matthew Steckiel, the Communication Award, given to Wes Moser, and the recipient of the Innovation Award, Dan Haviland.
Peer accolades
Gateway Ticketing Systems also presented the “Polaris Awards” to employees that have served as a “shining example and guiding presence” to their peers in 2021.
Polaris winners include program manager Hillary Carter, manual test engineer Patty Mulkern, web graphics developer Dana Amole, strategic account manager Jamie Elswick, and senior developer Wes Moser.
Also winning trophies were senior software developer Randy Tapson, systems engineer Jerry Burchard, customer care specialist Jennifer Ott, operation administrator Angelo Izzo, and principal software engineers Martin Binder and Jason Harding.
New recruit and senior CRM consultant Kori Richards received “Rookie of the Year”.
The final award presented, The President’s Award, is a prestigious accolade given to an individual that has exemplified the ethics of high performance, significant personal achievement, and driving substantial results. Said to embody the company’s core values in everything he does, the award was given to UK general manager Joe Marshall for 2021.
