Igloo Vision is a Shared VR company that has over 12 years of experience in the design and development of immersive 360-degree projection spaces. Its spaces are managed by the Igloo Media Player, which transforms digital content into spaces anyone can use. The firm has headquarters in rural Shropshire, UK, with other offices in Atlanta, London, Melbourne, New York, and Toronto.
Founded in 1964, Electrosonic is an international AV and tech firm that designs, builds, and supports innovative technology solutions that help create lasting experiences. It has worked on a wide variety of complex world-class projects across a number of sectors including corporates, amusement parks, museums and visitor centres as well as bespoke gaming and hospitality establishments.
The power of collaboration
The collaboration market is seeing rapid growth as traditional, static workspaces transition to flexible spaces that can benefit from immersive experiences. By providing flexibility and accessibility, companies can bolster teams with instant access to knowledge workers, unrestricted by commutes, which can contribute to productivity levels through additional problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
This approach creates an advantage for multinational enterprises that plan to maintain a competitive edge over others in the market.
Electrosonic’s global president and managing director, Ewan Smith, says “We are thrilled to work with Igloo Vision to accelerate experiential workplace innovation for Electrosonic clients around the world. The partnership further enables our vision to push the boundaries of technology to unleash the power of human experience.”
Managing director of Igloo Vision, Kerry Head, adds “We are excited to partner with Electrosonic and extend our shared immersive platforms for workspaces available to Electrosonic customers – wherever they are in the world, and whatever industry they are in.
“With Electrosonic powering the clients’ extended reality and multi-channel experience, we will see even more incredible innovation in spaces that can be delivered immediately to enterprises around the globe.”
Electrosonic will continue to provide its services for attractions around the globe which have previously included Expo 2020 Dubai and the Niagara Falls Underground Heritage Center.
