The C-level appointment is one of three promotions within the company’s finance team.
The former Feld Entertainment finance executive brings over three decades of corporate leadership experience to the company, with roles including controller and CEO.
Founder and CEO Ryan Stana says: “The past twelve months have been incredibly exciting, including the launch of several new divisions within the company and the acquisition of JRA. Keith Senglaub’s expertise and experience are exactly what we need to stay at the forefront of the entertainment industry.”
As Feld’s CFO, Senglaub led the firm’s corporate financing strategy, deal execution and risk management, working with established IP productions such as Disney on Ice, Sesame Street Live and The Trolls Experience.
Senglaub explains: “My career has been the journey of a lifetime. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries gaining incredible experiences with amazing people around the world. I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues on a new journey with RWS Entertainment Group as part of the fastest-growing entertainment company in the world.”
Finance assistance
Senlaub’s team will be enhanced further by assistant vice president for finance, Josué Román-Castro (left), and Melinda Spurling (right), controller at JRA – Part of RWS Entertainment Group.
Román-Castro has been promoted from his role as director of finance. Following his 2017 graduation from the Inter-American University School of Law, he moved from Puerto Rico to New York, beginning his career with RWS as a finance intern.
Spurling served for five years as JRA’s controller, with the task of maintaining, managing and analysing the company’s financial statements. She was also responsible for accurate reporting, payroll, budgets and tax compliance.
RWS has major offices in Cincinnati, US, London, UK, and New York, US, with plans to expand further with a range of full-time, seasonal and contract positions available. Prospective applicants can find out more on the RWS website.
JRA recently announced it was seeking a new global creative director, following the promotion of Mark Amos to vice president.
