Tiqets B2B Reviews Webinar

Attendees will gain top tips from the Scotch Whisky Experience, Windsor Castle, Historic Royal Palaces and more

Tiqets, a leading booking partner for museums and attractions, will be hosting a free webinar on Wednesday 30 March 2022, entitled Strategies for 5-Star reviews from award-winning UK venues. The virtual event will feature expert speakers from some of the UK’s most popular attractions, giving insights into how they create a positive and memorable guest experience.

Attendees will gain useful tips on how they can increase visitor satisfaction at their own attractions, in order to gain those all-important five-star reviews.

The speakers are (pictured, L-R) Janet Cole, Royal Collections’ service manager for Windsor Castle; Scotch Whisky Experience marketing director Julie Trevisan-HunterRoyal Liver Building operations manager Chris Devaney, and Historic Royal Palaces’ sales executive for Tower of London, Matthew Coulter.

All four of these attractions were recognised in Tiqets’ Remarkable Venue Awards last year.

Actionable insights

Positive reviews are vital for operators, with 89% of people saying they now use online reviews to help them choose products and services. This means that attractions need to prioritise providing a great visitor experience, in order to gain five-star reviews and also to encourage return visits.

Giving guests this five-star experience also leads to free word-of-mouth promotion, something that is often trusted more by prospective visitors than corporate advertising.

Tiqets’ free webinar will explore several factors that can impact the overall visitor experience, from engaging staff in best practices to details such as clear signage and accessibility.

Attendees will be able to find out more about the most important components of an exceptional visitor experience, learning useful tips and strategies that they can then put into practice within their own attractions. Insights will also be shared from museums and cultural attractions from around the world.

Book now

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 30 March at 3.30 pm UK time (4.30 pm CEST/10.30 am EST), and attendees can register by visiting the Tiqets website.

Last year, Tiqets announced a new integration with Apple Maps. This means that prospective visitors can now choose between 3,000 different venues, bookable direct from one app.
