AnyRoad launches new guide to running a successful brand home

News
AnyRoad brand home guide

AnyRoad, a leading Experience Relationship Management (ERM) platform, has announced the addition of some brand new content on its marketing website, in the form of The Complete Guide to Running a Successful Brand Home. This has been co-authored by AnyRoad and BRC Imagination Arts with input from Storymap Marketing.

As modern consumers demand more meaningful connections with brands, alongside the growing experience economy trend, many brands are establishing brand homes to engage with their customers. AnyRoad’s new brand home guide includes insights on how to:

  • Approach successful brand home projects – from design to build to marketing
  • Build the business case and secure budget for your brand home
  • Establish metrics for ongoing C-Suite-level engagement
  • Measure brand impact and turn consumer insights into action

Measuring experiential marketing

The AnyRoad platform enables global brands to measure, scale, and implement their offline and online experiences. By providing actionable data sourced from experiences, it helps companies to create brand loyalty, change consumer behaviour, and better understand their brand associations.

Well-known brands such as Budweiser, Honda and Tabasco all use AnyRoad to measure the impact of their experiential marketing. The company’s software integrates into CRM, loyalty, ERP, and POS systems to complete the loop, building the model of exactly how these experiences build loyalty, increase brand perception, and increase revenue.

“Using AnyRoad data enables us to make smarter decisions on programming, better understand brand loyalty and influence purchase behavior,” says Glenn Cox, head of brewery experiences at Budweiser.

Emily Webster, sales and marketing at Hangar 1, adds: “We’re excited to have a new way to capture meaningful data on consumers who engage with our experiences and events. AnyRoad Live helps us deliver experiences that build brand awareness and seamlessly collect data for long-term CRM use.”

Earlier this year, AnyRoad, hosted Vince Kadlubek, founder & director of Meow Wolf, on its Polaris podcast series. Kadlubek joined AnyRoad’s COO and co-founder, Daniel Yaffe, to discuss how Meow Wolf’s experience designers create engaging experiences that compel visitors to spend their time at the artainment venues.
