Tiqets, a leading booking partner for museums and attractions, has announced details of its upcoming awards night, featuring a well-known travel personality.
The seven museums and attractions that Tiqets has determined to be the best in the world in 2022 will be unveiled at this year’s Remarkable Venue Awards ceremony. Tiqets says that this will be a night that the industry won’t want to miss with more than two hundred nominees across nine markets, live entertainment, and a motivational keynote address delivered by travel expert Kellee Edwards.
The speaker, who Conde Nast dubbed “one of the most powerful women in travel,” hosts her own Travel Channel TV show as well as the Let’s Go Together podcast. Her keynote address, “Get lost through travel,” will discuss how museums and attractions can evoke the same sense of adventure in their experiences through storytelling about her most far-flung travels, including flying aeroplanes, swimming with whales, and unearthing spearhead artefacts.
Setting the standard
The goal of Tiqets is to facilitate the discovery of new cultural experiences by more people. With under a month to the event, spaces are still available to reserve for the in-person event at Seville’s Tourism Innovation Summit, with the event also being watchable online.
Spanish tapas, entertainment, drinks, and a complimentary 3-day Gold Pass to the Summit, worth €700 will all be provided at the in-person awards ceremony, taking place on Wednesday 2 November.
