Endurescreens, a specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of world-class projection screens, has announced the release of its next-generation screen surface, following months of research and development to improve the current version. The breakthrough new technology will be applied to both of the firm’s signature products, Pro+ and Micro Pro.
“The new technology will apply to all our upcoming projects, you will notice the difference the minute you open the panel package,” says the company.
Better performance and durability
The screen panels are powder-coated with an ultra-matte finish, in order to allow for a wide range of reflectivity grades and meet the different requirements of each project. This finish also leads to more flexibility when it comes to projector orientation and projection angle. It provides a smooth, uniform surface for wide-angle lenses up to ultra-short throw ratios.
Thanks to this new technology, Endurescreens now boasts 100% colour uniformity on its screen products. The coating structure features enhanced centre-to-edge uniformity, colour accuracy and high contrast preservation.
In addition to this, and in keeping with the firm’s commitment to sustainability, the new screen technology offers longer durability, with thicker and stronger properties. Endurescreens now guarantees colour fidelity for up to 15 years, with no need to repaint the screen surface.
This new development also means that maintenance is easier, as the company has made it more resistant to physical damage. A light scratch on the surface, even with a knife will not leave any marks. Cleaning is simple too, as users you need to wipe off the dust, or use water for any dirty areas.
