Guests can capture their own photographic memories with new service

Photogenic Inc., a souvenir photography company providing ground-breaking capture technologies, is celebrating record growth over the past year thanks to its commitment to innovative technology, outstanding guest service and collaboration with its partners.

With the debut of the MyPhoto Platform, Photogenic has taken subtraction technology to a new level. This groundbreaking application extends Photogenic’s Instant Mobile Sales Platform, putting the power of image creation in the hands of every guest.

Guests at chosen Photogenic venues can not only have a professional photograph taken of them, but they can also complete their experience by using MyPhoto to shoot themselves in various areas around the venue. This one-of-a-kind combination of professional services and guest material enables clients to develop and rapidly share truly unique User Generated Content (UGC).

Services expanding nationwide

Photogenic’s platform and services are rapidly expanding to venues across the United States, using this technology in conjunction with their onsite photography experiences to enhance the visitor experience, create new revenue streams, and drive digital engagement through MyPhoto’s one-tap social sharing.

Photogenic recognises the importance of ensuring that guests leave their partner’s venues with a socially shareable remembrance of their experience, whether they choose to make a purchase or not. With this in mind, Photogenic began providing free ePostcard technology to visitors at locations across the United States.

The innovative ePostcard platform enables guests to make videos that incorporate their keepsake images as video highlights from significant attractions during their visit. One-tap sharing allows visitors to share their experiences on social media, enhancing the guest experience at no expense to the venue or its visitors.

ePostcard has increased the venue’s reach and interaction with prospective new consumers, improved customer happiness, and raised income by encouraging the development of User Generated Content (UGC) and social sharing.

Each venue is different

Photogenic continued to expand its partnerships across North America in 2022, adding operations inside aquariums, zoos, naval and science museums, presidential libraries, cruises, waterfront experiences, and other popular attractions, in addition to nurturing growth for its partners through customizable imaging solutions.
